LEE & ASSOCIATES BROKERS $32.1 MILLION OFFICE/INDUSTRIAL PURCHASE LAS VEGAS — Mel Koich and Scott Owens of Lee & Associates' Las Vegas office have represented the buyer, RMI Investment Services, in the $32.1 million sale of a Las Vegas office and industrial complex. The 273,575-square-foot Mammoth Airport Business Park is located at 6325-6375 S. Pecos Blvd. and includes three two-story office buildings and four industrial buildings. Al Pekarcik and Dan Vittone of Voit Commercial represented the seller, Mammoth Equities Capital Group, in the transaction.
