Scott Owens, Partner and Senior Vice President, has twenty-two years experience in industrial real estate brokerage in Ventura County, California and Las Vegas. Born in the Los Angeles area, he graduated from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City in 1983. He began his commercial brokerage career in 1985 with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services where he remained until relocating to Las Vegas with his family in 1996. He established a

brokerage, SHO Properties, and in 1999 joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services. He was elected the 2000 "Associate Of The Year".

Scott has represented developers and owners such as the 1.4 million square foot Las Vegas Motor Speedway Research & Development Center, Hillman Properties West (145,000 sq. ft.), Lincoln Property Company, Wells Fargo Bank (320,000 sq. ft.) and Scripps Newspapers. Tenant/Buyer representation includes RMI Investment Services (273,400 sq. ft.), Harsch Investment Properties, Trammell Crow Company (620,000 sq. ft.), Unisys, WMS Gaming, Vegas Premium Meats, GE Energy Rentals, Pacific Vehicle Processors, Data Exchange Corporation, GTE, Bell Industries and Northrop Corporation. Many of these transactions individually exceeded 100,000 square feet, with one lease totaling 420,000 square feet.

Scott continues to focus on large industrial and investment transactions throughout the Las Vegas Valley professionally servicing owners, users and developers. He speaks at commercial real estate classes at the Community College of Southern Nevada and is a member of NAIOP.

Scott married in 1985 and has three children. He coaches youth baseball and soccer. He is a member of the Southshore Golf Club at Lake Las Vegas Resort and also enjoys boating, skiing and traveling.

Mr. Owens is a licensed broker in the State of Nevada.
