quickly into commercial real estate investment properties in the mid-sixties, locating first in Malibu, then Beverly HIlls/Century City.

Rod has been in Nevada for 18 years, first as Director of Corporate Sales for the Ribeiro Corporation where he packaged and sold more than $94,000,000.00 in investment properties, and later, for 7 1/2 years as head of the firm that bore his name, G. Rodney Harbaugh Commercial where his combined sales and leases push his totals into the neighborhood of $300,000,000.00.

Rod is Past President (1994) of the Commercial Marketing Group where he served on the Board of Directors from 1993 until 1999. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the CCIM Chapter from 1991 to 1994 and is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. He is a member of the Board of Directors and Past President of the Board of Directors of Channel 10. He is an active member of the Las Vegas Rotary Club. Rod is accredited by the Nevada Real Estate Division to teach commercial real estate investment sales for continuing education credits. More recently he is serving as President/CEO of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services in Las Vegas. In the year 2000, the Commercial Marketing Group awarded Rod the Robert E. Weedon Founders Award for acheivement in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing, Community Service, Professional Membership and service for the Commercial Marketing Group.

Mr. Harbaugh is licensed in the States of Nevada and California and is a Senior Vice President with the firm.
