Mel Koich is a founding principal of Lee & Associates. He began his commercial real estate career in 1979 with the opening of the first Lee & Associates office. Mr. Koich holds the distinction of being the largest income producer at Lee & Associates which encompasses twenty-one offices and over 400 brokers in California, Arizona, Nevada, Illinois and Missouri. Mr. Koich

specializes in leasing, sales and investments of industrial properties along with land sales for commercial and industrial development. Mr. Koich helped found the Orange office of Lee & Associates in 1983. In 1995 he relocated to the Lee & Associates Nevada office.

(SMI).
