David Flynn received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Santa Clara University, renowned for the Leavey School of Business in California's Silicon Valley.

After spending several years working in management in Southern California, Flynn moved to Las Vegas and began his career in commercial real estate.  Before joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Flynn worked for Colliers International in the Research Department.  Here he gained his extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas Market while researching office and industrial properties.  During this time, David visited and photographed each individual office and industrial property in the Valley.

Prior to his appointment of Senior Vice President, David Flynn was Lee’s 2002 Associate of the Year in the Las Vegas office.  Specializing in Office, Land & Investments, David has been with Lee & Associates ten years.
