Flynn moved to Las Vegas and began his career in commercial
real estate. Before joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Flynn
worked for Colliers International in the Research Department.
Here he gained his extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas
Market while researching office and industrial properties.
During this time, David visited and photographed each individual
office and industrial property in the Valley.
Prior
to his appointment of Senior Vice President, David Flynn
was Lee's 2002 Associate of the Year in the Las Vegas office.
Specializing in Office, Land & Investments, David has
been with Lee & Associates five years, is an active
member of the National Association of Industrial and Office
Properties (NAIOP) and is presently a candidate for the
Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). With only
2,220 designees worldwide, a SIOR designation is one of
notable prestige granted to only approximately the top 2%
of industrial and office brokers in the commercial real
estate industry.
