Charles W. Witters graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and received his MBA in Finance from Illinois State University. Chuck joined Lee & Associates in 1984, became a founding partner of the Lee & Associates Ontario office in 1987, and has been with the Lee - Nevada office since

1993. Chuck has an extensive background in office marketing, consulting, investment and land sales. He is one of only seven Las Vegas "Office" members of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and was SIOR Educational Foundation Trustee for nine years. He was elected to serve as the SIOR Regional Director for the Mountain Region and to serve on the National SIOR Board of Directors for 2006, 2007, and 2008. Chuck was the 2001 President of the Nevada Chapter of SIOR and will be the Chapter President in 2010. Additionally, he is an active member of NAIOP. At the 2007 NAIOP Spotlight Awards, Chuck was named the NAIOP "Office Broker of the Year" for the eighth time in ten years. Chuck was the 1995 NAIOP Associate Member of the Year and served on the Board of Directors of the Southern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP for nine years. Chuck was the 1996 President of the Las Vegas Commercial Marketing Group and is accredited by the Nevada Real Estate Division to teach "Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales" for continuing education credit.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Chuck had fourteen years experience in management, marketing and finance having worked for Mobil Oil, Occidental Petroleum and Fluor Corporations. Chuck has been involved in numerous lease and sale transactions during his real estate career, most notably the following: the sale of Fluor World Corporation headquarters for $340 million and a build-to-suit ten year lease and sale for Kilsby-Roberts Corporation for their 35,000 square foot corporate headquarters in California. In Las Vegas, Chuck has brokered the following major leases: 1) 81,000 square foot build-to-suit and twelve year lease with Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. 2) 53,000 and 65,000 square foot leases with KB Homes; 3) 15,000 and 42,000 square foot leases with Sierra Health Services, Inc.; 4) 22,000 and 45,000 square foot leases with American Family Insurance; 5) 48,047 square foot build-to-suit fifteen year lease with MD Realty of Henderson; and 6) 40,350 square foot with Heritage-KHEZ, Inc. . He has represented such firms as: Xerox, Los Angeles Times, Mobil Land Development, Texaco Refinery and Marketing, Hertz Corp., Ryder Truck Rental, Fireman's Fund, CIGNA, ITT Sheraton, Hartford Fire Insurance Company, Key Bank, Charter One Bank, Pioneer Citizens Bank, Nextel, Panasonic, Fremont General, GEICO Insurance, HDR Engineering, Countrywide, Cash Call, Reliant Energy, Farmers Insurance, Zurich Insurance, and Coca Cola Corporation.
