In his four years of experience, Mr. Lexis has represented numerous clients in transactions involving square footage in excess of 50,000 feet and land sales in excess of over 140 acres.  Some of the companies and clients represented are: National Reservations Bureau, Inc., Westwood Storage, Gtech Corporation (Gaming), William Trent, Total Lawn Care, Jim Marsh, Centra Properties, Vested Housing, Lexus of Las Vegas, Douglas Nissan, Chicago Title, Grace Properties LLC, Horizon View LLC and Lee Phelps-LWP Holdings LLC.

Over the past 4 years, Mr. Lexis has been successfully representing property owners, investors, buyers and tenants in the Las Vegas area and is respected in the real estate market. He currently markets a number of projects in the Valley and is targeting and calling end users and developers requiring land and Industrial needs. Mr. Lexis through the Lee & Associates office is an affiliate member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and the National Association for Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
