the associate of the year in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010.  

Specializing in leasing, sales and investments of properties along with land sales for commercial / industrial development.

In his seven years of experience, Mr. Lexis has represented numerous clients in individual deals involving square footage in excess of 284,000 feet and land sales in excess of over 140 acres.

Over the past 7 years, Mr. Lexis has been successfully representing property owners, investors, buyers and tenants in the Las Vegas area and is respected in the real estate market. He currently markets a number of projects in the Valley and is targeting and calling end users and developers requiring land and Industrial needs. Mr. Lexis through the Lee & Associates office is an affiliate member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and the National Association for Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Mr. Lexis continues to focus on industrial, land and investment transactions throughout the Las Vegas Valley professionally servicing owners, users and developers.
