Brian’s expertise in commercial real estate comes from a broad range of experience with multi-family housing and management.
Brian was a co-founder of Trigate Investments, a real estate holding company in San Diego, California. The company specialized in the acquisition and disposition of small apartment complexes.
In 2002 Brian joined the commercial real estate brokerage, ACI Commercial, in San Diego. There he continued to focus on multi-family investment opportunities.
After moving to Las Vegas in 2005 Brian worked for Nevada Stairs as their regional sales manager. He implemented many new company procedures and set the direction of a streamlined sales process.
In 2007, after longing to get back into the commercial real estate business, Brian joined the Lee & Associates’ Las Vegas office.
Brian is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and a candidate member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Brian is licensed in the state of Nevada and is an Associate with the firm. |
